WE PAINT OUR FACES WITH THE ASHES OF OUR DEAD

The New Collection from Nikolas P. Robinson!

Featuring an introduction from Lucas Mangum!

When an author puts a short story collection together, they are sifting through the ashes in the hope of finding something valuable and breathing new life into things that were dead. Each story takes on new context when brought together, than it had in its original life. The author paints their face with the ashes of the dead, crafting a new facade made from pieces of the old.

This collection includes 13 stories, written and published over the course of more than a decade. Some of them may be familiar, while others may provide a new experience as you lose yourself in these tales of violent revenge, exploration gone horribly wrong, and strange encounters.

Even those you've read before may find a different meaning this time around.

Early Praise for Nikolas P. Robinson

"Nikolas Robinson's work is as sharp as it is dark. He always puts his heart on the page when he writes." - Judith Sonnet, author of OUR SARNATH

"Nikolas Robinson is one of the most fearless writers in extreme horror, penning stories with a maniacal glee that dares the reader to be damned”- John Baltisberger, Madness Heart Press

“A riveting collection of horror that leads the reader down a rabbit hole of insanity. Robinson blends his versatile tales with an unmatched tone, compelling characters, and sheer depravity.” — Sarah DeRosa, author of MORTIFIER

I just came across a fun twist while reading this thread, reminded me of some simple ways to pass time between listening sessions. The https://juegodeserpiente.es/como-jugar-al-juego-google-snake/ is a surprisingly satisfying way to challenge your reflexes while enjoying the music. Feels like a little mini-break that keeps the mind sharp.
